I saw this on ebay and wondering if a good buy, or newer pans. can barely see a name on the bottom

I'd stay away. 99.9% sure it's cheap Asian import stuff, the shipping cost is ridiculous, they'd need a complete refurbing, and new handles.

I'm with Kevin,these are Asian.and shipping is too much,you can find those at flea market $3-5 with handle and lid

You can barely see the word "skillet" on the underside in pic 2. Narrows down the make a bit

I see these quite a bit while out hunting, and will echo other replies. These are Asian imports. Which is fine, as long as you know what you're buying.
