Hello again. Following the advise from this forum my cleaning with the lye bath and electrolysis is going great! Just wondering if at some point should I change the water in the electrolysis tank? I've cleaned about 10 pans and the water is looking brown. Thanks in advance for your input.

Electrolysis? When or do you change the water?

It will continue to work as long as there is sufficient sodium carbonate in solution and the anode is clean enough to facilitate current flow. The last time I did any maintenance on mine was the result of a tropical storm blowing the cover off and rain overflowing it. Draining it, cleaning the muck out, and starting anew periodically would probably be warranted, though.
