Enameled cast iron burner

I saw this today at an antique shop. I didn't buy it but thought it was an interesting piece. It was a very pretty green. I think they wanted $75 for it? I don't exactly remember.

That is very neat looking, and appears to be missing a number of parts. Looking forward to hearing some info from the more knowledge collectors about who made it year ect,
