Erie, fourth series, artistic, No.9, outside heat ring

I have a chance to pick one up; what do you guys think is a fair price to pay for one of these?

Depends on condition. No warp, cracks or pitting?

No warps or cracks, but the cooking surface has some minor pitting. Looks kind of like spill was left in the skillet uncleaned for a time, so there is a "design" on the surface that will probably even out with electrolysis and several layers of oil.
