Cannot find anything about this online. Not on eBay. Google search won’t even recognize it. But I found one...

It's called a shallow skillet. Variations of it and other sizes are pictured in the BB (pg. 38), and are referenced in the pattern number appendix. This would not be referred to as a "Griswold Erie" or Griswold's Erie", which denote an earlier TM, but rather as a "Griswold 'Slant Erie'" TM.

Could you tell me when this skillet was produced?

And is it considered rare? First time I came across a Griswold with three holes in the handle

Looks like a nice skillet, I don’t follow the collecting side hard core but do have a fondness for Griswold. from memory it’s about 1909- 1916 or very near give or take some.

I have a #8 about same time frame I use 4-5 time a week and most people would think it was made last year. Hard to beat good quality cookware by any maker.

Doug or Steve, should I be concerned that the logo doesn’t seem to be fully incised in some places?

Nope. As long as it sits flat, has a smooth cooking surface, and is not a spinner or is otherwise warped badly, you've got a great piece of CI.
