There's no way to answer the question unless you can find another pan with that same mark below the size number that hasn't had its TM obliterated.

I was just taking pictures of my Favorites the other day (I just got the 9's cleaned up and seasoned.)

The difference in the 'favorite' part between the two logos is pretty obvious when you have something to compare to... also the 7 has a ghost of the previous block/the best to cook in logo.
