My questions are, is this a toy or meant to complete a full set? And what of the rarity and value can one tell me? It's inside a #3 FPW Diamond for scale.

Nothing now, I got it. It was $39 with 10% off, not exactly a steal but I'd never seen one so I grabbed it.

One in rough shape went for $35 on eBay recently; one in very good, clean condition for $69. You did fine anywhere under $50.

I figured as much, and this one will clean up beautifully.
