First griswold find

This is my first griswold find, I think through research on this site I have it correctly identified at a small logo with early ridge handle from 1939-1944, is this correct? And if so, is this price high, low, or average for a pan in great condition no wobble

Yes, SBL, early handle. From my POV, I would want it already restored for that price. But if no issues, try to get it for $20. Sometimes I'm the wrong person to ask about values, b/c I think of this as a $15 skillet.
 
Thanks Doug, this is in the same place as the unmarked Wagner in the other post, maybe I can make a package deal offer.
