Fish Molds

I came across these yesterday in an antique shop. Really to new at this to know what they are so I took pictures and left them there. They are asking $90.00 for the pair and I thought that was a lot of $$$.
Can someone give some info on these.

The "PP" stands for Perch Pan. They were still making these as recently as 2015, IIRC. Yes, $45 seems a bit steep. List price new was around $27.
