found another one

I found another crusty pan under the floor of my dad's shed. After a day in the electro bath and some scrubbing, I fifally got to the bare metal. It has no brand name but does have a stylized "3" with three dots over the three and, five dots on the stem of the handle. It also has an apparent gate make on the bottom as well as what appears to be a heat ring. I've added pictures if anyone can help identify the maker and approximate manufacture date, it would be greatly appreciated.

Not a gate mark. That's where a trademark was removed from the pattern and filled in. The rolled edge heat ring is characteristic of Favorite; the dots of hammered CHF. Since CHF bought Favorite's patterns, and the shape of the TM area matches CHF, I'd call it unmarked CHF. Dating would be after 1934, probably 1940s.
