Gate Marked Wok???

Here's a recent find that I have no clue on . I dug this out from under a pile of rusty scrap iron at a 93 year old hoarders place. Also at this place I found over 25 marked lids!!!!

Not sure exactly what to call these. They're not exactly posnets nor spiders in the usual sense.
