Bought one of these and it looks in great condition but in the bottom of the inside its very smooth over the entire area and almost looks like something has been added to it not like a repair but like to weight it or something it seems very thick in the bottom compared to the rest of the posnet. Any ideas? Could it have been made this way originally?
