GF Filley Gem pans

Nice collection.
Where may I ask, did you come across all of those. No such things around here at any price.

a couple were from a local estate sale, a couple came from the cast iron auctions at Dinkys (montgomery indiana) over the last 3-4 years and a couple were from ebay.

Thats the best set of Gem Pans I have ever seen. Wonder why they didnt make a 9? Bad luck? I know Wapak doesnt make a #13 for that reason, I assume?

After doing some reading, I learned these were made in St, Louis by Excelsior Mfg co. Not so far from here.
Makes me wonder why I haven't seen them in any stores in my area.

I should have included that... I always just assume people know the name GF Filley and the companies he was associated with (Charter Oak and Excelsior). There is some question about if the GF Filley marked pieces were made while he was in charge or afterwards... and there seem to be a lot of marked pieces... the gem pans, water kettles with marked lids, dutch ovens with marked lids, waffle irons... all marked GF Filley rather than Excelsior.
