Griddle ID Help

Hello everyone. I was wondering if anyone could help me ID this griddle? I have never seen one with the feet. Something seems Chinese to me but it also looks old. Any info would be appreciated because it is quite the trip from my house.

They don't look like feet so much as they do positioning lugs. It's probably made to fit some cooktop or grill.
