Griswold #8 chrome 704

I am bidding on a Griswold 704 #8 chrome skillet. I have no idea of its value. Can someone give me a range of its value. It needs cleaning but looks to be in good shape.
 
I gave $36 for one found in the wild a few years ago. There was a minimal amount of plating discoloration confined to the TM, and the usual wear to the cooking surface. Otherwise, no issues. I have a hard time with what eBay sellers think CI is worth in the last couple of years, as it's typically about three times what I think.

My experience with chrome is that 90% of that on the bottom will clean off just fine. It's usually not as bad as it looks. YMMV.
