Griswold #9 Plated Cast Iron Dutch Oven

I recently purchased a #9 Griswold Dutch Oven that appears to be plated (nickle/chrome) on the outside.
Unfortunately, it did not come with a lid.
I would like to restore this piece as a user.
My questions are...
Will a regular #9 cast iron lid fit?
What does the correct plated lid for this piece look like?
Will treating this with a lye-based oven cleaner improve or ruin the plated exterior finish?
Your experience and guidance is much appreciated.
Thanks!

I have experienced no problem with lye bath and chrome or nickel; I haven't used oven cleaner spray for more than a couple early acquisitions, all bare iron. The normal #9 lid should fit perfectly. If you hadn't said the DO was plated, I would not have guessed from the photo, are you sure it is?

Yeah, its plated for sure. The sides actually show it better than the bottom. The inside is definitely cast iron. Thanks for the reply. Good to know a 9" lid will fit. I assume a plated lid will be hard to come by.
