Griswold Low Kettle W no P/N

This is one of the nicest kettles that I have seen.
In the RB pg. 75 Low kettle.

Question, this one does not have a p/n, but the Griswold Pattern Numbers does not show one for the number 9. But on pg. 75 there is a number 7, 8, 9

Or is this an Erie Kettle 799, as I do not see a Erie Kettle in the book?

RB doesn't list a p/n 799; BB, a p/n 799 "Erie kettle" right after 797 and 798 "low kettles". I think it would be safe to assume yours is a #9 low kettle, pre-p/n. Remember, the p/n listings in the books are only what the authors and contributors like SS had seen to date. And discrepancies do exist.

I had a laugh at myself. RB err. I did mean to write BB. It has been a few crazy days here. I am not the post man, just the seller. Don't wait last minute for your gifts.

I know we talked about the no P/N. That is what I was thinking... But I did not see a Low Kettle #9 under the P/N

I think it looks like the kettle you have.

The lid was probably not made for it.
