Hopes for a joyful Easter for your family and you. Took a journey today to my brother's homestead in Lakeland and out in his garden and I went out into his barn to take a look around and this is the first thing I saw in his garden okay give me a name give me a number what you think?

Said it came from my grandmother's garden after she died, now here's her obituary.

Obituary

Elise Deskins, 98 Lakeland - Elise Deskins was born February 17, 1919 to Sally Ann and Tabor Coursey in Newington Georgia, one of 10 children. She is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Virgil O. Deskins, numerous siblings and other family. She outlived them all. Her dog, Peanut who she cared for to the very end. She picked cotton as a child. During World War II she worked at Lodwick field (present day Tigertown) on the flight line. There she pre-flighted airplanes for pilots in training. She owned Louise's Spanish Restaurant on Kentucky Ave. in downtown Lakeland in the 1950's. She was a server at Valerino's Restaurant in Lakeland on Main Street for many years. She was a cook at East Granby Connecticut tobacco camp for several years. She retired as Executive housekeeper at Holiday Inn Kissimmee Florida. Part owner John Glenn."

Now somewhere along that joyous journey if it wasn't hers through her family it came to her. So I know it's old but I'm just trying to figure out how old. Personally thinking possibly colonial. Family migrated from Virginia to Georgia in the 1700s.
Peace

Then I went to take a look in the barn. My brother has a barbecue business that called 'Pink Butts BBQ", which raises money for breast cancer. So he has a lot of cast iron that he got passed down to him over the years (being oldest). I took a look around and found find a few Chinese and a lot of 1970s area that said made in USA, and an ole vintage number 8 such oven, till I took a trip in the back and found this, Granny's too.Input??
