Has anyone seen a pot like this before?

I was looking over the estate sales for this week in my area and saw this one. Sorry, this is the only picture they had. Has anybody ever seen one with the pour spout opposite the handle?

Any idea who made this one? I know it is a tough call without a picture of the bottom/ I'm hoping somebody has one like this and can identify it, before I drive all the way over to this place. Ha!

It's a deep fat fryer. Several foundries made them. Griswold, Wagner, Lodge, BSR, and others made them. I'll go out on a very thin limb and say Griswold on that one based on the bail attachment, but even if it wasn't Griswold, it's still cool. Look at the BB on bottom of page 71.

Thanks Kevin. I don't have the BB. Searched for Griswold deep fryer online and saw a couple that look just like it. SN 1003?

Edit: I went back on my Estate Sale app and looked at it again. Rats. It's available for sale in their online auction only. I called the auction house and talked to the guy. He looked at the bottom and confirmed it was a Griswold "Deep Fat Fryer" s/n 1003. Well, if anybody wants the auction house website, let me know. The auction is Saturday and Sunday ... and my youngest daughter is getting married this weekend. I'm pretty sure she wouldn't want me to be on my phone, bidding on a deep fryer, during the wedding. Ha!

Here is one I found online. This is not the one in the auction, only one that looks like it. I didn't ask if the one in the auction includes the wire basket. I'm guessing not, since it wasn't shown in the picture.

I wish all my CI skillets had a pour spout opposite the handle--I have to lift mine by holding the handle up at the 12 o'clock position to empty them. I'm not strong enough to hold the pan straight out with only one hand and use the pour spout.
