Help ID This #5 Skillet Please

Restored over the weekend, with much help from many on this forum, for which I am grateful.

The inside of this pan is quite interesting, in that it appears to have something like a many-sided asterisk in the center, with concentric circles out to the edge (I call it the "front swirl" image below). I hope this feature is visible in the image.

You can request ID help for more than one pan per thread. The swirl is just an artifact of the polish grinding process. This pan didn't see much if any use. See if you can ID it from the link in your other thread. Hint: It's not BSR.
 
Does that mean I got it right? :>)

I did not even notice that heat ring notch at 12 o'clock until I started reading the page on unmarked cookware.
