Help identifying 14" DO Lid

I am new here, and this is my first post.
I picked this lid up at an antique shop a couple of weeks ago. It was rough looking, so I took to my haggling skills and got it for a good price. Anyway, it cleaned up better than expected.
I have been unable to find much about it. The odd handle hasn't been much help.

I think Doug has a Ouija board or hears voices from the CI's past.

I would have never, ever figured out what that lid came from
