Help identifying waffle iron

I saw this waffle iron today. No manufacturer's marks. Looks like it has a 9 and 10 on the base. It's pretty old since it sits so low and has no name on it, right? The paddles are the same on both sides. The waffle pattern on the inside was a combination of diamond and square shapes.

Very old. The nub in the center is the sprue mark, where the iron was poured in. 9/10 because the paddles would rotate freely in an open size 9 stove eye, but the base was wide enough it could straddle a size 10 as well.

They have an appeal for a certain type of collector. Condition is key, though. You see a lot with broken hinges. This one looks good.
