I have a chicken fryer that has a flat bottom (no heat ring), the only marking on it is NO.1.
For it look correct for lack of a better term is to hold the handle at 9:00. I suspect Wagner because of the shape of the handle being ridged and then going flat as it enters the body of the pan. Any thoughts??
