Help with Identification Please

The handle makes me think it's a BSR. But, I'm not really sure. If you need different pics I'll be more than happy to take them.

BSR is not known for putting size markings on the tops of handles. The unveness on the bottom makes me think a copy using a BSR as a pattern.

The number on top is what was throwing me off. To me it looks like it was done by hand. It's in the lye tub right now. I'll pull it out later and get more pics later today to see if that helps.
