Help with raised # 7 dimpled skillet lid

This lid was mixed in with other gate marked pieces, I've never seen another like it, and have no clue. It has dimples like BS&R but a raised number like a black lock. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

An older BSR lid, looks like a high dome, which you don't see as often. They apparently stopped using the raised number at some point, moving to an incised numeral and pattern letter in the same spot under the handle, and also later changed the handle style as well.

An older Red Mountain skillet (or DO). Look for one with the more crudely incised markings and larger pour spouts for the closest match in time period. Like the one on the right:

Doug, is that 5-S on the right slighty smaller than the other 5? It looks it in the photo.
