Appears to be Vollrath made for Hibbard, Spencer, & Bartlett Hdwe. Co. Someone on eBay thinks the lid alone is worth $100. Both the lid and pan would need to be undamaged for collectible value. If not damaged and it's something you want, under $75 for both pieces would be OK, IMO.
