I've had this thing for years, and while I don't use it for bacon, I do use it. And it's always been a PITA to clean. So now that I'm more knowledgeable about CI, I thought I'd season it properly. So my question is, how many "coats" of seasoning do I do? The first one will be done in about 20 minutes, and it looks quite tan, compared to what color it was.
