How much would you?

If there is no damage, I'd say the $75 is about right. I would then have to consider the 30% premium to ship it, plus hope the seller knows how to pack it correctly. It is all the right parts, though. Being on eBay, however, will probably mean someone will overpay to get it.

Thank you for your help Doug. I don't own the "blue books" and need to get them. Otherwise I'm just shooting in the dark for the time being.

I appreciate it,

Joseph

Now I have two pieces of Griswold. It's nice. The Mrs. just asked when we were having waffles :-)

I don't believe I have ever cooked a waffle in my life, Joseph. I love 'em but haven't made them that I can remember.

I just use a mix. Get that thing good & hot or it will stick. My son calls them 100 year old waffles.
I really miss the old American style waffles. All you can get in restaurants for the past 30 years have been Belgian style. I loved them at first, but the novelty has worn off for me. Gimme back gramma's waffles!!

Well I definitely think I'm going to strip and season the waffle piece on my own. Looking at it in a different light, it needs some TLC

Yes, that can be improved quite a bit by stripping it. Be prepared for a lot of work, though! Never done one myself, but I'm sure it is quite a task to get all those details!

Yeah that's what I was thinking just the same. I use a brush to put my crisco on, I found that works best, especially with corn stick pans and things of that nature. I just think this piece is going to be a lot of work

I used a brush when I did mine. Worked pretty well. There are a lot of nooks and crannies that you will have to wipe excess from. Good luck & have fun!
