ID help for latest items please

So I happened across a thrift shop with a few pieces of CI and chose these three from the lot. The BSR #5 is an easy spot but what do you think of the other two? One is obviously the lid / skillet section of a set but what maker with that round hole? Thanks in advance for any help on these!

Both of the others are Wagner. The lid is for a double skillet they made.

I thought Wagner from the handles but that round hole had me stumped. I did see a few items with that style but nothing in the skillet / lid.
