ID help - Griswold square skillet

I'm visiting my mom this weekend and we got talking about cast iron. I thought all she had left was here #7 BSR (Red Mountain) ... but I was wrong. Here is a square griddle she says she hasn't used in a long time.





Is it weird that it has the Griswold logo, but no "Erie, PA" and no number at the bottom? Does that mean it is post-buyout? Maybe made at Wagner facility?

You got it. Wasn't made by Griswold, wasn't made in Erie, PA. Personally, I wouldn't even say it was made by Wagner at that point, but it was made in the Wagner facilities in Sidney, Ohio. http://www.castironcollector.com/noncollectible.php

Thanks. That's what I figured. This pan does have a nice feel to it though. And a super smooth finish.
