ID Help? Looks like a Volrath... but...

So I picked this #3... couldn't tell under the paint and gunk what it was... cleaning only added to mystery. It looks like a Volrath, but the size number is on the handle instead of the bottom. Any ideas?

That would be considered unmarked Vollrath. Even without a sideways number on the bottom, the long rib on the underside of the handle and the "stretched" looking handle hole are characteristic of Vollrath.
