ID help please

I bought this pan at a garage yesterday. The handle looks like Birmingham Stove & Range Co. It has a large raised 9 on the top of the handle, no break in the heat ring and a very rough bottom. It seems a bit lighter than my new Lodge of about the same size. Top is about 11.25 inches across, 2.25 high and handle is about 5 inches. Any ideas?

An old no-notch Lodge, ca. late 1910s-early 1920s. The roughness is sulfur pitting, often seen to some degree on pans that age.
 
Thanks for the quick response.

One question about this pan. Seems unusual having that much pitting - does that make it any more or less collectable?
 
I have the same but #7. I knew it was Lodge but always been unsure with dating, thanks Doug.

I love the handle on it. It feels really nice to hold.
