ID Help Please

Hi All,

I'm hoping for some help in identifying this pan. My initial thought is that it is an unmarked Griswold because of the number at 6:00 and the handle. What is throwing me off though is the two dots above the 9 and the lack of a number "7XX" higher up over the 9 (although that may be buried in the crud).

Any thoughts?

Looks Griswold ( or Griswold made Victor etc.) to me.

I'm sure there are clues under the crud. Clean it and repost.

I went to pick up the pan figuring there would be "clues under the crud" only to find it was a "spinner". I passed on it, so no after photos will be available.
