Any thoughts as to the makers of these two covers? As you can see, they both have Lodge-type drip points, although both have very rounded tips. The ones on the "MacDonald" cover are shorter than on the other unmarked one. Our foundry database notes that the MacDonald was probably made by Lodge, but I can't find any other info on the brand. They're both heavy castings, rough around the drip points. The unmarked 8 has a rounded (high?) dome, while the MacDonald is flat. They'd both fit a 9 5/8" kettle.
