Gate mark and the raised 7 on the bottom, and the handle design are all I see and have been unable to dig anything up on it. Its a fairly light skillet.
Absent distinctive markings, these older gatemarked pieces are usually not identifiable, unless marked pieces of identical design exist. Even then, the unmarked may be someone else's copy of the marked.
That raised 7 looks like a pre Lodge marking. Some, including myself suspect a work from the old Blacklock foundry. I have not seen a "fancy" handle like that on a Blacklock suspect. Is it a skillet or a griddle?
I'm not seeing anything that suggests a Blacklock connection. I don't think a raised size number, especially on the bottom, automatically says Blacklock or Lodge. Although, if you read enough FB groups, that assumption does seem to be more prevalent than it should be.
