I used to have a Made In Taiwan sauce pan that had what looks like the same handle and the eye bolt. Believe it or not, it was a good user, smooth and easy to clean.

I'm cleaning one that looks a lot like that for a friend right now. On the bottom it clearly says Taiwan.
