Identifying maker for Sears 1980s

I am trying to identify who made a cast iron pan that I have used for the past ~37 years. I bought it at Sears in the mid 1980s. The outer diameter is 9-7/8, and the walls are not as steep as most pans. The flat part in the bottom is 7-1/4 to 7-1/2 inches, and the transition to the walls is a gentle curve, not abrupt. It has a ring on the bottom, and the only markings are CS at 12 oclock, H at 6 oclock, and Made in USA in the center.

Wish I had bought the full set at the time, and I’d love to find more. Perfect for crepes and omelettes. Still the best pan I ever had.

CS = Chef's Skillet. Photo would confirm, but should be Lodge, who made CI cookware for Sears during that time frame, and whose pans were marked that way.

Thanks. I don't see any other Lodge castings that look like that. First picture and third show how gently curved the transition is from the flat to the sidewalls. Second picture is the center of the inside, and you can still see the nice milling job they did on the surface. I don't see that in current Lodge pans. Last picture shows the markings on the bottom. We've been looking for an omelette pan to give to our son, and I keep thinking that it is hard to beat this one.20221206_070958.jpg20221206_071013.jpg20221206_071045.jpg20221206_071108.jpg

Clues that suggest Lodge as the manufacturer:
CS = Chef Skillet - as Doug mentioned earlier - this is the most definitive clue - no one else does this if I'm not mistaken
Inset heat ring - typical Lodge design
"centered" Made In USA - added in the 1960's
Lodge stopped including its logo in the 1930's - but started adding its logo again in 1987 - which accounts for no logo for your piece
