I'm curious about an auction find

I am very pleased with this Ahrens and Arnold #3 with a Griswold ghost mark that I found at an auction. I am curious to know the rarity/worth.

If I remember right, the 2 guys used to work for Wapak, then went on their own on a small scale. I collect Wapaks, and I wouldnt mind having one of these, but I wouldnt pay TOO much. Probably fairly rare, but Im not sure.
