I knew this muffin/roll pan was different. Larger than I've seen before. I did not like the price, $75, but I was at an estate sale and didn't trust it was still going to be there if I went home to get the blue book. Internet searches would have helped if I could of read the number on the pan, but it was too corroded. So I got it.
I did a quick vinegar soak and scrub so I could get a better look.
When I compare it to whats in the BB on page 110:
No. 15 Muffin Pan (wide center); p/n 6130; Size: 14 1/4 X 8; no holes in handles
or
No. 15 Muffin Pan (French Roll); p/n/ 6138; Size 14 3/8 X 7 1/2; one hole in one handle
My pan No. 15; p/n 6138, has a wide center; Size 10 1/8 X 8 1/8; no holes in handles
In the end, I'm just going to cook in it, but does anyone have an opinion on what it is? I can't find any No. 15s on the internet that has the writing on the back going down the center. They all look like the 6138 in the BB.
Thanks,
Mark
