Large pot and lid

I just picked up two large cast iron items for $22. I liked both because they were large. They don't match. The pot is a 10 DO and the lid is a 9. I would like to know what I have. Pot pics with this post. The lid pics will be in the reply.

The lid is a Wagner, but what happened to its pour spout cover "ears" I wonder?

Doug, I think the pot is a pre 1960 Lodge. Question No Notches in DOs??????

Post-1960. Some Lodge DOs have notches, some don't.
