Le Creuset #18 Saucepan with Spout/lid....

I found this yesterday... thought it would be wise to sleep on it and see if I really wanted to purchase. Turns out it was in such good nick that I thought I better add it to the enamelled CI group. A relatively easy clean up... appears in person with more of a "fade" brown (2-tone) color scheme than my Iphone captures. I gave $29.00, so, not a GW/Thrift find , but, better than "completed listing" sale prices on EBAY. I assume from some point after 1990... shown here in grouping with my #14 Cousances, and, #16 Le Creuset saucepans. Seems to have maintained good quality on the cooking surface. I assume "TECK" (European) on the wood handle refers to "TEAK" (U.S.) ? I like this one.

I used it last night on some Mediterranean Couscous.... perfect. Easy wipe
out clean up. Will now go in to frequent use. A good size for a saucepan.
