Le Creuset 24 Cm Enameled Skillet....

Picked this teak handled enameled Le Creuset skillet
up at the thrift. Unsure of age... deep chocolate brown
enamel. The enamel is in great condition... no chips.
The cook surface was not treated well, needs
additional seasoning. It is just about the perfect
size (9 1/2"). No wobble, no spin. Overall, not collector
grade but good user grade. Post sale prices seem all
over the place...dependent on color, and condition. I
feel good having spent $21.00... looking forward to
cooking with this.

Thanks Wally. I might have been a bit premature in my
evaluation of the cook surface. This a.m. a trial run of
some sunny side up skillet fried eggs.... slid around in
the skillet, no stick. Easy wipe clean up. I need to work
on my transfer technique... almost dumped them on the
floor ! ;)

A very nice skillet.
