Lecreuset Sauce Pan

I am wondering about a small pan I found at Goodwill. It is a red enameled cast iron pan with lid. 5 and 3/8 inches across,,2 and 3/4 inches tall, wooden handle 5 and 3/4 inches long. Holding the handle there is a pour spout on the left side. In the center of the bottom,,"Lecreuset Made In France" with the number "14" in the center. The lid has a black knob on top,,on the underside there is the word "France" and the number "14". Any ideas ?

Not sure what the question is. Sounds like a Le Creuset saucepan, albeit a small one. Or some kind of melting pot. The 14 would be the nominal diameter in centimeters. There's a chart of most of the types and sizes here, but it's not listed:

Any idea of it's age? There is a small "H' stamped on the bottom. It's smaller than the #16 listed,,the 14 is the centimeters which does convert to 5.51 inches,,just about the size of this one.
