Lid ID help please

Hello all, I was given a Griswold N0.8 tight-top dutch oven, and this lid was on it. I know the lid doesn't match the dutch oven, but was wondering if any one knew who makes this lid and does it belong to a dutch oven or a skillet. Thanks for the help everyone.

Lodge. Pour spout cover ears normally imply a skillet lid. The unmarked ID page on the website also covers lids.
