Long Griddle I.D. Help Requested

I picked up two identical long griddles today and have no idea who the manufacturer is; only markings are two numbers. Photos below.

First number is "316413601" on one side of one handle and second, also on same handle but reversed in orientation (i.e. upside down) is "5B". There is a small possibility that it is actually "58", but I don't think so.

Note: last photo of handle with numbers is slightly skewed, so the handle looks uneven in shape. This is not so.

These griddles have five "prongs" on both the flat side and the ribbed side. One each in the middle of the two short end. On one long length, there are two prongs, evenly spaced. On the other long length, there is only one prong, about 1/3 of the distance from one end of the griddle.

I had thought that the prongs would be distinctive and they must be, as I have not found any griddles with them.

Size measurements:

Bed Only: 16 1/8" long x 9 3/16" W

Bed + both handles: 19 1/4 long x 9 3/16" W

Handle Only: 5 1/4 long x 1 1/2" deep

Any clues or tips as to where I can look to find out what these griddles are would be most appreciated.

I would swear on a stack of Bibles that doing a Google search was the first thing I did, but clearly my Google-Fu was at a low ebb that day. Now I'm really glad I posted in the "Beginners" forum.

I picked one up a couple months back and sold it to a friend. Not a cast iron finish even though it looks like it. Its enamel finished. The notches "lock" onto the burners of the oven. Cooks steaks and burgers great he said.
