OK, I know "Made in USA" stamped on a skillet indicates post 1960. Does it hold true for all cast iron (ie: muffin pans, etc?) Searched thread & only found fluted cups - this one is plain - like cupcake pan. Thanks from a relative newbie to collection/restoration
Yes, that designation can be found across all types of CI post-early 1960s. The piece you're describing sounds like a Lodge. You can see one to compare to by clicking on the camera icon at this location:
Thanks Doug! I was searching for another 'groupie' who had a not so clear picture so I was going mostly on description & the addition of 'Made in USA'. Glad there are no 'stupid' questions !
