Making Bbq Hash

me and a friend built a smokehouse a couple of weeks ago. we cooked some Boston butts and made some southern BBQ hash. I am from and in SC and it is a tradition here. I got to use my 1950s lodge #12 for the first time. she cooks good,,,,,,,,,,,,

Want to give up your hash recipe? I'm from SC, too, and have been looking for one. (If your recipe contains liver, just leave that part of the recipe out. I don't do hash with liver in it.)
