Molders mark

Here are some examples from the ones I have ...

Hammered Lodge #3 -- molder's mark at 6:00

Donna...I think DougD's link to our CIC section will serve you best. Based on past experiences I found that the more you explore our CIC informational guide the more apt you will become familiar to ID cast iron when out and about. I printed out lots of pages to have at hand and when I went looking I had a pretty good idea what marks meant and who the foundry was.
The pictures Spurgeon posted will give you a good idea but these marks vary and at times not so recognizable. You may not remember all of the data but it really helps and I still refer back to those pages from time to time.
