Montgomery Ward?

Hi, Brand new to the forum. I have a cast iron skillet with lid that has no markings except on the knob of the lid. It has an M over a W which reminds me very much of a Montgomery Ward logo. Was wondering if it is a Montgomery Ward skillet. It is about a 9 or 10 inch skillet. Has anybody seen such a thing. Sorry, I can't do pictures. DLH
 
DLH....Sorry I can't be of much help without at least a photo to go by. I've spent the better part of an hour researching all M W logo's and virtually come up with lock manufactures (MW & Co.) which is Mallory & Wheeler out of New Haven, Conn.
I even went looking in Asian manufactures and still no clue so I have given up.

Hi Keven E, It is on that page about half way down. On the picture it has 236 X 236 Pinterest.com. It has the M over the W and then "Montgomery Ward" in a circle around it. On the knob of the lid it has the exact same logo except it does not have the circle with "Montgomery Ward". It so Identical that now there is no doubt in my mind that it is a Montgomery Ward Fry pan and lid. I'd call it a chicken fryer is my guess. Thanks a lot for helping me Identify it. DLH
