Mother in laws pan

The link shows the fryer/ dutch oven that my mother in law purchased many years ago used. I know it was made post 60s but was wondering by who. Is it lodge? The handles look lodge to me but im still a novice. Not going to strip this. Just gonna fix that rust. Has a little heat damage but it doesnt go all the way through the pan. Thanks y'all.

Yes, made by Lodge. I'm not sure I understand what "has a little heat damage, but doesn't go all the way through the pan" means.

Most of the heat damaged pans ive seen had heat damage on both sides of the pan and this one only has a small patch on the bottom. The seasoning on the cooking surface doesnt seem to be affected. Do you know what the name of this pan is? Ive seen chicken fryer and double skillet and hinged dutch oven names for it.

FS = "Foursome", previously called a 4-in-1. I don't see heat damage, just rust and maybe some pitting from it.
